Shipping policy

 

All orders are dispatched from Singapore and can be shipped to locations within Singapore as well as to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and UAE

Self-Collection 

If you make an order and do not wish to pay an extra charge for delivery you can come to the store at 8 Grange Rd, #04-03A, Cineleisure Building, Singapore, 239695 and collect the package yourself. 

Delivery in Singapore 

In Singapore, delivery time ranges from 4 to 6 days, provided that the products are available and payment has been processed. If any items in your order are out of stock, your package will be dispatched without them. The missing items will be shipped to you later at no additional cost.

The shipping cost within Singapore is fixed at 6SGD, regardless of the package's size or weight. However, orders containing bulky items like hoops, large backpacks, and ribbon sticks will not be eligible for delivery. You have the option to arrange for your own delivery or opt for self-collection.

Delivery to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and UAE 

• Shipping Costs:
  Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and volume (also known as volumetric weight) of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Time:
  Delivery typically takes 6 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.

• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.

• Additional Notes:
  Please be aware that bulky items in an order are calculated separately and do not contribute to the overall Volumetric Weight of the order.  

        In the unlikely event of an order did not deliver 30 days after being shipped, we              will consider it lost. We will contact you and offer you either a full refund or a new            shipping, depending on your preference and product availability.

GST, Duty and other import taxes

All orders shipped from Singapore might be subject to GST, duty or other import taxes depending on the Customer's country import rules.

The product and shipping prices on our website DO NOT include any local VAT or import fee.  Any charges due, such as but not limited to GST, VAT, duty or any other import taxes, are NOT included in the shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are usually calculated by the customs at the time of import and to be paid directly to the Courier company at the time of delivery.

Please check with the respective authority to determine if any duty, taxes, or excess charges may be applicable to imports to your country before placing your order.

If you decide to reject a delivery because you refuse to pay the import taxes, we will not refund the shipping price paid and will charge the Customer for the return fees of the order back to us. If this is the case, please contact us and refer to our Refund policy.
