Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means, that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@ritmica.sg or WhatsApp at +659391695. We will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we kindly ask you to notify us within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can reach out via email at info@ritmica.sg or through WhatsApp at +6593911695. Please include a photo of the damaged item and the order number in your message. This will allow us to assess the situation and facilitate an exchange for the affected item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret to inform you that returns of leotards, items on sale and gift cards are not accepted. We strongly advise inspecting leotards at the time of purchase to ensure they are free from any damages or defects.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
